Description
A Silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/4 inches (3.18 cm) in width overall blazoned as follows:  Per bend Argent and Azure, on a bend Gules between in chief two war hammers in saltire Argent (Silver), in base a sphere of the second gridlined of the fourth surmounted by a quill pen in bendsinister and throughout of the first, an open book between Alpha and Omega, all Or.  Attached below the device a Black bipartite scroll inscribed IRON FOCUS, IRON WILL in Silver.

Symbolism
Red, white and blue are the national colors, also adapted from the Army Materiel Command shoulder sleeve insignia, symbolizing the units loyalty and support to the Command.  The two crossed war hammers denote the Battalions consistent and solid dedication to their profession.  The globe and quill pen allude to their mission of global contracting support.  The bend denotes reinforcement.  Displayed on the bend, the following images represent the configuration of the 919th Support Battalion the open book signifies skills through knowledge; Alpha and Omega is the symbol of the Acquisition Corps and a constant reminder that the unit is the beginning and the end.
